VLD Telegrams

Variable Length Data (VLD) telegrams are identified by the R-ORG field being set to 0xD2. They carry a variable length payload which can be between 1 and 14 byte long. VLD telegrams are for instance used by STM 550 when all parameters are reported (EEP: D2-14-41).
