Device Discovery Is Not Stopping

Device discovery can take up to 45 minutes. If device discovery is not complete (i.e., the Devices widget discovery button is still greyed-out) after 1.5 hours, then it is possible that one of drivers restarted and interfered with the SmartServer being able to complete the device discovery process.
