SmartServer IoT State Appears Unprovisioned
If the SmartServer appears as unprovisioned in the CMS Devices widget or the System Configuration page, then consider the following:
The signed or unsigned certificate may have timed out.
Using ssh, enter the command shown below to see if the SmartServer ID is returned. If you do not see the SmartServer ID, then the certificate may have timed out.
mosquitto_sub -t glp/0/././# "17qam88"
Click Ctrl-C to exit the command.
Workaround:
Select the Signed Certificates option on the System Configuration page.
Wait for the change to take effect (the checkbox changes from greyed-out to active, or wait 15 seconds).
Click the Signed Certificates option on the System Configuration page again. The system interprets this process as switching from your current mode of operation (either signed or not signed) and then back again.
Reboot the SmartServer.
