You can download SmartServer logs for troubleshooting and system diagnostics. To download logs, follow the steps below.
Open the SmartServer Configuration page as described in Accessing the SmartServer Configuration Page. The Network tab appears as the default SmartServer Configuration page. Once the network settings are configured for the SmartServer system, then the System tab will appear as the default.Network tabSystem tab
Click the System tab.
Click Download logs.An message appears indicating that logs are being collected and that the process will take a few minutes to complete.Once the logs are downloaded, a message appears indicating that the file is ready.
