Remote CMS – you can monitor the EPS generated by each SmartServer, as well as CPU, memory, and storage usage of each connected SmartServer.

The following information is displayed for the SmartServer system:

    • Install Code – displays the Install Code of the segment controller. The value may be blank if an Install Code is not assigned.
    • Devices – displays the number of devices defined for the segment controller. The value will be red if the number of devices is greater than the capacity.
    • Capacity – displays the licensed capacity of the segment controller. The value ay be zero if no capacity is defined for the segment controller. The value will be red if the number of devices is greater than the capacity.
    • EPS – displays the current event rate of the segment controller, rounded to the nearest whole number. The value will be 0 if the event rate is less than 0.5 EPS. The value will be updated at the same rate as the EPS display at the top of the CMS page.
    • CPU – displays the CPU utilization of the segment controller, expressed as a percentage in Solaris mode and rounded to the nearest whole number. The value will be 0 if the CPU utilization is less than 0.5% and will be 100% if all cores are fully utilized. The value will be updated at the same rate as the CPU display at the top of the CMS page.
    • RAM – displays the RAM utilization of the segment controller, expressed as a percentage calculated by (total - available) / total, where available memory is free memory plus memory used by buffers and caches, and rounded to the nearest whole number. The value will be 0 if the RAM utilization is less than 0.5% and will be 100% if there is no available memory. The value will be updated at the same rate as the CPU utilization.
    • Storage – displays the internal storage (EMMC) and SD-card utilization of the segment controller, expressed as two percentages separated by a “/” and each calculated by (total - free) / total and rounded to the nearest whole number. The value will be 0 if the storage utilization is less than 0.5% and will be 100% if there is no free EMMC or SD-card space. The value will be updated at the same rate as the CPU utilization.
    • LON – displays the LON Management Mode (i.e., DMM or IMM)
