(Optional) Unblock Service Pins for the IP-70 to IP-852 Router

If service pin messages are initially blocked from the IP-70 to IP-852 router, then perform the following steps:

  1. Enable IP-852 in the SmartServer LON Configuration page. See Enabling IP-852 in the SmartServer Configuration Pages in the (Optional) Add a LON IP-852 Router section.    

  2. Verify IMM in the SmartServer CMS, or switch from DMM to IMM as needed. See (Optional) Switch From LON Management.

  3. Update the channel in IP-852 configuration server. See (Optional) Set up the IP-852 Configuration Server.

  4. Provision the IP-70 to IP-852 router, and any FT router(s) in IzoT CT. See Commissioning Devices in IzoT CT  in the (Optional) Add a LON IP-852 Router section.

  5. Verify that service pins come through for devices. See Commissioning Devices in IzoT CT  in the (Optional) Add a LON IP-852 Router section.

  6. Enable RNIs as desired. See (Optional) Add a Remote Network Interface (RNI).

  7. Verify that service pins come through for devices. See Commissioning Devices in IzoT CT  in the (Optional) Add a LON IP-852 Router section.
