Downloading Logs (Release 4.1 and Prior)

The ability to download logs using the Logs button is available with SmartServer 4.0 and higher.

For SmartServer 4.2 and higher, see Downloading Logs.

You can download SmartServer logs for troubleshooting and system diagnostics. To download logs, follow the steps below using the SmartServer Configuration page.

  1. Open the SmartServer Configuration page.  

    The Network Configuration page appears.



  2. Click the System tab at the top of the page.

    The System Configuration tab appears.



  3. Click Logs.



    A Logs page appears.



  4. Click the Download button ( ) to download all logs and configuration files to your PC.
