KB1413 - SmartServer IoT Power line Repeating Doesn't Work

 Problem

After you change the Power line Communications setting in the SmartServer LON Config Web page and press the Power Line Communication Update button, you also need to reboot the SmartServer.

 Solution

You need to do the SmartServer reboot when you enable or disable ("Off") power line repeating.

If you change from power line repeating on from to off, or from off  to on, you will need to remove all the devices and re-add them as the database in the CMS and LON drivers (LTE and LTX) will be out of sync.

If you change between from dynamic to static, or static to dynamic repeating then you don't need to reboot the SmartServer and do not have to remove and re-add devices.
