This tutorial is based on the following hardware:

• SmartServer IoT Pro or SmartServer IoT Pro EX
• U60 FT DIN Network Interface
• Two FT 6050 EVB Evaluation Boards--these are included with the IzoT FT 6000 EVK
• FT Free Topology Terminator

For the tutorial, the U60 FT DIN, the two FT 6050 EVBs, and the FT terminator are attached to a common twisted pair channel as shown in the following figure.
