SSH, SFTP (WinSCP), and MQTT Are Not Working

SmartConnect is available with SmartServer 4.2 and higher. 

If you re-image the SmartServer to 3.5 or higher, then the SmartServer defaults to enhanced security, which automatically disables SSH, SFTP, and MQTT ports.

For SmartServer IoT, use the Firewall Configuration page to re-enable ports. See also Managing SmartServer IoT Ports and Services.

For SmartConnect, if you are using a firewall, then make sure that the necessary ports are open.
